Meal plans to help take the mental load out of planning healthy and delicious meals for yourself and your family. These meal plans based on the Mediterranean Diet which is rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and heart-healthy fats. It also limits added sugars, processed foods, refined grains and alcohol (bar the occasional red wine if appropriate). This style of eating has been shown to be supportive of healthy ageing, heart health, weight management, chronic disease prevention, including diabetes, heart disease and stroke.
